In March, I got to attend a fabulous lecture about Matcha with Celebrity chef Candice Kumai! I drink green tea almost every day and after meeting her I was so obsessed with Matcha that I wanted to do something fun with it at home (besides drinking it) r
So I decided to modify her Matcha Chocolate Chip Cookies. So instead of using All Purpose flour, I used gluten free flour and the two ingredients that I did not use was the oatmeal and the chocolate chips. So, I admit they turned out a little more pancake-y and less cookie but they still tasted good! The sweetness from the banana and brown sugar complimented very well with the freshness of the green tea!
